Not For a 17 !!
It does the job fairly decent, but is NOT intended for a 17 inches laptop, 15 or 16 maybe, 14 indeed, so if you own a big laptop, forget about this one!

works great!
I purchased this about a month ago. It has been working great. I have a laptop that has a bad fan, and it gets hot really fast. This cool master keeps my computer cool, and it doesn't over heat anymore.
