Sys. came quicker than expected. It is FAST!! Its like going from 'Kitty Hawk' to the 'Space Shuttle', compared to my old system! Out the box & up in an hour. Quiet as a mouse. Refurb'd? Looks Brand New! Did I mention that its fast? Refered to site by a friend, now I see why! I'll be back again & will refer others too! |

I was truly amazed at the speed of this computer. It looks and acts brand new. I am very pleased with the graphics and again the speed.

When I took the item out of the box, windows wouldn't load. it apparently had bad RAM. I had to send unit back to HP for replacement. It was one month from the time I ordered the computer until I could use it. |

Not even a month old and this computer has booted up a white screen three different times. Fortunately Windows Vista has asked if I wanted to repair and it's managed to bring me back whole. As this is my first Vista machine, I'm not sure if the following is a Vista problem or machine problem. When in Microsoft Word, I do a find/replace and that window slowly zooms up before I can enter my find info and slowly reverse zooms when its done. Strange if that is a Vista problem. |
