D-Link DES-1108 8-Port 10/100Mbps Network Switch (Recertified)
The D-Link 8-port 10/100 Desktop Switch (DES-1108) provides a simple solution for expanding your network. Connect this Desktop Switch to a router and share high-speed Internet access with up to seven additional computers. By sharing the Internet, your users can check e-mail, browse the web, and chat with friends and family online using their own computer. With this Desktop Switch, you can also add a print server, Network-Attached Storage (NAS), and Internet camera to increase the functionality of your network.
Efficient Networking
This 8-port Desktop Switch receives and forwards traffic seamlessly with its non-blocking wire-speed architecture. Every port simultaneously supports up to 200Mbps of bandwidth in full-duplex mode that totals 1.6Gbps of switching capacity. These features minimize network congestion, allowing you to run a smooth network.
Space-Saving Design And Installation Options
This 8-port Desktop Switch is compact in size, making it ideal for desktops with limited space. Its power connector and ports are conveniently located in the rear to keep the cables out of sight. It also includes a wall mount kit, giving you the option of installing it on a wall or underneath a desk.
Easy To Install And Use
The DES-1108 does not require any configuration or software, making installation simple. Supporting Auto-MDI/MDI-X, there is no need for crossover cables whether you are connecting this Desktop Switch to another switch or to a computer. Additionally, it will automatically sense if the connected network devices are running at 10Mbps or 100Mbps and adjust accordingly. Equipped with a comprehensive LED display, you can monitor the status and activity of every port at a glance.

Great product, great price
Connected the switch to my router and connected another PC, my XBox 360 as well as mt D-Link DSM-520 with no problems whatsoever. Awesome product.
