Bad Product
Not what I expected, will not print legal size properly, it is hard to find product replacement parts for ink, toner etc. If the warranty was still good on this product I would make an exchange on this product.

Most regretted purchase
I've owned several printers. This one was trouble out of the box. Setup was difficult and has failed several times. The printer works for a while, then stops again - especially, but not only, through the network connection. Paper jams have been much more frequent than I would expect. They're a bit of a nuisance to clear - but the procedure doesn't always fix the problem. It took several tries the first time. Documentation and support ranges from poor to non-existant. I'm thinking more and more about throwing this one out after only 5 months. When it prints, which I'd guestimate at about 70% of attempts, the print quality is acceptable. But it's slower than expected and rather loud, and seems to draw lots of power while not in sleep mode. FAX never worked. Scanner works fine through software interface. Black toner at 2% after 1000 pages; other 3 colours at 53% (273 colour pages).

Good features, bad programming on settings
We received the printer, set it up, and tried to print envelopes. We had to set specific parameters to get the printer to print properly.

Not what it's suppose to be?
Set up out of the box was easy. Second day, had warning messages. Third day had warning messages. After two weeks of random error messages, found out the new black ink providd a false 'dripping or leaking' issue. Cleaned the tray and cartidges - seems to have solved it. Took 30 minutes to print 140 color sheets! Not so good a deal.
