Great price for mediocre printer
It's a color laser jet printer. Install was easy. Prints clear and properly when it doesn't hang up. That's the good. No wifi, no network hookup and the paper jams about every 6 print jobs.

Excellent printer for the price
The printer arrived quickly and the installation was rather easy. Although there was a period of noise while starting up, it became quiet after a few shutdown, open-close the chambers, tapping the connectors, and restart. The print output quality is acceptable. This printer is recommended for regular everyday printing needs.

Worst printer ever
This is the worst printer I have ever owned. I had problems with it from the very beginning. The sensor for the microchips embedded on the toner cartridges was bad. From the moment I set it up I had nothing but issues. I could not turn the printer off once settings were cleared and it decided to operate. Multiple times I attempted to get it to work after installing new cartridges.It kept telling me that the color toner was not installed. This printer will make you want to take anger management. I was ready to take an axe to it.

Don't buy this printer
My mother needed a new printer. I'd had good luck with my K-M 2300DL in my office and 2500W at home. So I bought the 1600W thinking it would be a stepup from her old dot matrix. The problem is, according to the K-M guy on the service line, that it is a stripped down printer that uses the windows XP drivers in the computer. The result is that two thirds of the pictures on her computer would not print out and would just light the error light on the front of the printer.

Great Product- Quick ship
I bought this to replace an outdated laser in my office. Works great. The only complaint is that the black toner runs out fairly quick. Buy a back up right away. Other than that, GREAT printer
