Failed after about 12 flights
Tail rotor failed after very few flights. Physically ok, I believe the remote to be failed. I make the tail rotor work by switching the controls to the main rotor. The warranty is a joke, the website listed for warranty info was set-up by a 2nd grader. don't waste your money.

Great product!
As I do with everything I buy I read the instructions front to back. Nothing about how to sync up the remote to the helicopter. But because we live in the age of iPhones and iPads it didn't take long to figure out. Controls are very sensitive but accurate. After a day of crashing into every wall and object in my house, I am a pro. Very fun flying but after a 2 hour charge you are lucky to get 10 minutes of straight flying time. Great for a beginner like me but already looking at gas powered RC helicopters.

DON'T BUY
At first take off went about 4' high then lost signal and dropped straight down. Nothing broke but cannot get to workat all now

This remote helicopter is made of metal, not plastic. It can crash and immediately take off again. Fun for adults and older children.
