Not so bad
The thing works but it's cheap, I mean the plastic is not strong. I broke it while I was trying to tight it up to my camera. The little plastic knob is too cheap to tight the whole thing together. The cap on the light fell down. Beside that, the battery is strong, the lights are bright so for the price it sorta worth, just be soft with it because it can break easily.

Lithium Battery fits on my SONY VX1000
I got both Canon's XL1 and SONY's VX1000. I am looking for a portable, long lasting halogen light that is either too big or too heavy to carry. This Tungsten light came to me from a Canon Sponsored Photographer named Bruce Dorn who is introducing the LED version Sungun produced by this company, Lumiere L.A. I found on their web site also carries this tungsten version video light, especially it is equipped with standard Lithium battery that last up to 1.5hrs which fit my needs just right. I didn't purchase the SONY's one because of the price is too high and this complete package is a bargain. The light provides 500lux at 3ft w/ 2800K color temp. I am impressed by the performance during the night time and in door shooting. It will be better if they could include a 2nd battery as an option. I give this set a 5 star overall rating.
