Cables To Go 29572 TruLink Wireless USB to VGA Adapter Kit
Wirelessly transmit the UXGA/ WSXGA video signal up to 30 feet (line of sight). This kit includes all you need to wirelessly display video content from your computer to a remote monitor, projector, or TV. Using Ultra-Wide Band technology, the USB to VGA Kit enables in-room wireless connectivity up to 30 feet (line of sight) between the computer and the display. This highly secure wireless connection is ideal for classroom or conference room presentations or to display content from your laptop to your home entertainment system.
Supports up to UXGA (1600 x 1200 pixels) and WSXGA (1680 x 1050 pixels) video resolutions with 3.5mm stereo audio up to 30 feet.*
*Line-of-sight refers to the need for the Trulink wireless transmitter and the receiver to be positioned within the same room such that there are no objects placed between the units which would obstruct the signal transmission. In other words if an imaginary straight line can be drawn from the transmitter to the receiver without obstruction from walls, furniture or other objects, the line-of-sight requirement is met and optimal performance will be ensured.

Is Decent
This is a Wireless USB controller and VGA controller. As such the software install is a bit tricky and does not always work on a all machines, mostly older computers. When it does work, it works great, decent range and excellent resolution. We use this to share a projector for meetings, and it works great for that application. Alternatives that send the raw VGA signals are bulky require a separate power cord, but do not require software.

Its alright
Product has a good idea but have a few problems with it. 1.) When running Navisworks it doesn't like the needed resolution of 1024 x 768. When changing to that resolution it can sent the unit into a loop of random flashing colors. 2.) Way too expensive for the quality of the product. Made of cheap plastic. 3.) Almost impossible to make the default monitor due to the fact that its USB. Windows wants the default to be a VGA, DVI or HDMI. 4.) Doesn't load with the BIOS, takes about 5 to 10 min after reaching the log in screen of windows before the unit kicks in. Other then all of that it Works great Wouldn't buy another though

Works good so far!
I have used this and found 30 feet is the rule! I get 30 feet in our sanctuary no problem, and line of sight works great for our application. I've only tried it out--haven't used for a long period of time yet. I did have some install problems for some reason, but with an reinstall things seem to work perfectly. This product has the resolution you want when you need people to be able to read text. (I noticed they're making a model with audio as well, which is great.)

Very pleased - immediate benefit
I purchased one of these to test for a conference we are hosting - it will allow us to avoid running a long vga cable to the projector from a laptop for the presentations. It worked through a 12 inch thick concrete wall at a 15 foot distance. The boss was so impressed, he told me to order two more. They will be arriving this week.

Good product
We purchased this for our church, and it works well within the 30 ft, as long as nothing obstructs between the connectors. I had no problems with the software on our laptop with Vista. Certainly better than having to deal with the long cable that would have been our other alternative.
