I ordered this computer right after my old one went down...I needed something FAST! Boy, was it ever delivered FAST! I received it 2 days after ordering it. It was easy to get it up and running. My only complaint is that it is NOISY...it sounds like an airplane taking off! But, we are getting use to it now. Works great! Thanks for being here for us computer lovers! |

I have a duo core laptop that I use daily. I was impressed wo preloaded junk on it. When I fired this desktop up and it had no junk on it. I transferred 5 gigs of documents onto it. It runs like a dream. I would have paid double what I did for this and not even think twice. Its runs smooth and quick. The cd-rw/dvd drive works perfect.

Received in 3 days with standard delivery. The PC included a decent keyboard and mouse, but no power cord. Included XP-pro disk but no documentation. You need to know your PCs or download HP manual. Plugged stuff in and it started right up. Nice size to fit on back of desk, but HP makes these out of cast iron I guess. Good all-around performance, lots of plug-in ports. A perfect office/home PC. |

Recieved hp w/o floppy but believe that I got a better pc than I had expected.. considering a 2 gig ram upgrade and better video card. This may be a better pc than the emachine i purchased months ago at twice the price! |

Off-Lease
ACCEPTABLE QUALITY
The term “Off-Lease” refers to merchandise that has been leased to, and used by, a customer, then returned to the leasing agent at the end of the lease period
(typically 2 to 3 years). Upon receiving the merchandise at the end of the lease period, the leasing agent or a third-party, inspects, repairs, cleans and re-packages the merchandise, then offers it for sale as “Off-Lease.” There are several “grades” or Quality designations for such equipment, such as A, B, C, etc. We ONLY PURCHASE Grade A equipment and CAREFULLY inspect every shipment to insure that ONLY the best quality equipment is offered for sale.
On these items, you will usually see minor signs of use, including minor
scratches, slight wear on keyboards, etc. This is a great way to save
money on a working unit if minor wear is not a concern - for example: to an
industrial or educational user, or for a young student.
