Okay product
I purchased this for my aging mother who cannot see tiny writing on a black background. Only two rows of large illuminated buttons. The codes for the cable worked but the codes for the TV only worked partially. It will change channels if you use the number pad but channel up and down does not work at all. neither does the volume button. The illumination button is close to the buttons that change the function of the remove so mom changes the remote from TV to something else when trying to get the number buttons to light up. Poor layout for older folks and who else needs a large button remote. The 800 help line is only open during work hours so i cannot call them to get more codes that work better. Inexpensive is the only redeeming value.
