Good PSU
Only knock is it is a little pricier than some other PSUs. Since you need a quality power supply that you can count on, I am willing to pay for it.

Junk
Installed in a build I did for a good friend. Was very embarrassed when it failed (would shut down system after about 30 minutes even under light load) within about 60 days. Will buy only OCZ in the future.
