This product has absolutely no mac support. I really wanted to eliminate the long ugly USB cord the stretches across my floor from the computer to the printer. Maybe the company will eventually make a driver that can make this product of use to me but until then it is sitting on the shelf and the big long ugly USB cord is still sitting on my floor. |

I received the following e-mail from the manufacturer of this device:
The manufacturer informed us they are developing a new chipset that
improves compatibility and stability in Windows 7. The existing
USB-WIRELESS sets may have compatibility or stability issues with
Windows 7 and should be returned to the vendor.

This kit works, so that was not the problem. I bought it to have less cables and wires hanging around my computer, I thought there would just be a USB adapter to plug into my devices. But I still had to plug a USB adapter into my computer, and USB cord into the wireless adaptor which then plugs into my device, thus making even more steps to hook up USB device and still just as many cables hanging around the computer. So for me, this product was worthless. But the performance seemed fine, it might be what someone else needs |

I thought this might work with Windows 7 since most all of my old XP hardware and software does. It did not, so I contacted the Mfg. They said it needs a chip redesign and to return it.
The device works well on an old XP machine, but is old technology. It is priced well, but I returned it and will wait for the next version to come out. |

Went looking for a wireless USB solution for our church computer to our copier. Distance was too long for a standard USB (about 25 feet) as they are in adjacent offices. We considered using USB extenders, but then we would have cables on the floor to deal with. We opted for this Wireless USB setup. Has worked great for us! The supplied driver disk did not have the Windows Vista 64 drivers, but a quick download from their website and we were happily printing. Has been working very reliably and fit our need perfectly. |
