You CAN NOT use all 4 ports at the same time.
I really wish I listened to tmac's review. Because I had to return this product since it did not work as advertised. With the UGT-ST320R you can: Easily Add 2 eSATA Ports, or 2 SATA Ports, or 1 eSATA and 1 SATA Port. You CAN NOT use all 4 ports at the same time.

only fair to say, you can use 1 internal port + 1 external port at the same time. you cannot use 2 internal or 2 external ports. otherwise the card works fine and is inexpensive.
