I found this one will just bolt in and I can start using. 100% upbeat and very versatile.

Could be less expensive but I works great and I'm very happy. I've made some Blu-Ray discs, played them on my PS3 and everything works fine. I have not used the software that comes with the drive, however, so I can't comment on that. I used Adobe to make the Blu-Rays.
