Not designed to work on a computer
My bad. I expected the plug in-microphone to be able to record my voice when I plugged it into the microphone plug in the front of my computer. According to the paperwork in the product and the Philips website, the microphone is designed to work with a Philips recording device. My computer will not even recognize it a a microphone device plugged into the computer.
