Solid Feature Set, Good Implementation
I've used this headset (actually the GN9350) for about 1.5 years. The fact that I have one headset for USB and my office telephone is a huge plus. It is easy to switch between functions. Sound quality is excellent. My only gripe is that the charging connection between the headset and the base is a bit fickle. I have to wiggle the headset until i see the lights turn on the base to indicate that it is charging. This issue seems to be symptomatic of the design. I ordered 4 more of these for others in my company and everyone complains of the same issue. Overall, this is a solid headset.
