Perfect
Absolutely silent. Can't say a bad thing about cooler master. Used it for the second top fan on my Haf X 942. Great air flow.

Silent
Installed this in the top of my HAF 912 case and it helps keep everything cool with no noise at all. No annoying lights or anything, it just performs great, typically running about 6-700 rpm or less. I highly recommend this for cooling.

Quiet, inexpensive and effective
Installed this mega flow, 200mm fan (4 screws) in the top of my coolermaster case. It is quiet and maintains max air flow within the computer. Before spending money on a liquid cooling solution, or some other hi tech and expensive cooling, try one of these. I use it with an 8 core, 4ghz AMD 8350, and after one month, everything is cool and quiet, just the way I like it!

Works like it should
I agree with the post for PWM. but for the most part it does move the air. My machine has dropped a few C's after I put it as a pull in config. Great fan.
