Everything works well. Have had it for a few weeks. Lane assist and traffic are very helpful. It gets the signal within seconds in NYC and rout calculations also take only a few seconds. Just wish it had an AC charger as well. Also, POI list could be better. I can't find a lot of the places I search for, so I have to search at home and get the address first before I go out. Overall I would definitely recommend it for $179. |

I've used my 7200T for about a year. Around my town, Baton Rouge, it works well. I travel to about 100 schools and the POI has them all listed which really helps. The Navigon is not as easy to use as my wife's Tom Tom, but I bought it for the free traffic, which I really like. The TomTom will do traffic but it's a monthly fee,etc, basically an expensive headache to get. In TomTom's defense, the maps for the Navigon are much more expensive, so I guess it's a trade off. I haven't updated the maps in the Navigon and it works ok., but could probably use updating. My Navigon will crash after a couple hours of use on a long trip, it's simple to fix with the reset button, but an annoyance just the same. My wife has pulled out her TomTom on a couple of those trips and it has never crashed. I think the voice quality and graphics are a little better on the TomTom. The Navigon has more POI and Traffic. TomTom, easier to use,more dependable, depends on what you want.I like the Free Traffic. |

Top quality GPS, Robust graphics, no kiddy graphics. 3D city and exit view with lane assist wont let you miss the exit. Hands free Bluetooth phone connect, the sync makes it easy to load your contacts. Voice destination entry is easy. Touch screen could be a little better as well as POI selection. Zaget ratings and Life time Traffic free and other cool features. Recomend it highly!!! |
