A solid product
I bought the StarTech USB hub to replace another hub that failed. It's simple plug-n-play and so far quite reliable. This one has worked without a hitch. No complaints from my computer that it can't find the printer or external drives that are hooked up disappearing.

usb
found the usb ports are to close to use with usb flash drive you can not plug all the usb drive as the flash drive will not fit their is 6 ports four the usb but i can only use 4 at a time as they are space to close together

I found a USB hub that works
This was my fifth try. I could not find a USB hub that worked properly. This one does. All the ports work. I have plugged in large hard drives, flash drives, wireless devices, mice, printers, and keyboards. They all worked--even with all ports engaged. I am thinking about buying a second one as a reserve hub.
