Does its job
I installed this card and didn't even realize that the driver was part of windows (98) and so it found this card all by itself. Worked without a hitch connecting to my Mackie Firewire mixer board. For the price certainly can't complain and while I may never use the included Video Editing software - it's nice to have if you want to play with it.

Totally worth it
I bought this product because I needed a cheap firewire port to use a Pro Tools Digi 003 (Control surface for audio editing software) and it has been working beautifully. I have not used any of the video software that came with this product so I cannot speak on it at all.

Nice package for the money
Pros: - Plug and played with Windows 7 - Comes with a cable and video software package - Great value for the price Cons: - Card doesn't seat completely in the PCI slot. I'm not sure if this was caused by the bracket being slightly too long or if an issue with my case.
