The power saving is simply amazing.
"We have already seen the NVIDIA 750a consumes less power than the AMD 790FX but the story gets even better when we enabled the Hybrid SLI. With Hybrid SLI set in the Power Saver mode, we are able to reduce power consumption of the system to 110W idle and 145W load. If we also turn on the Cool and Quiet, we can further reduce the system power usage to as low as 95W idle. This is 45W less than with the Hybrid SLI set in the performance mode (or 50W when we compare the system with Cool and Quiet enabled). The power saving is simply amazing. I see this board can be a good choice for those who wish to use a PC for both HTPC and for gaming. The integrated GPU will serve the HTPC function and the discrete GPU can provide the needed power for gaming. With the ability to shut off the discrete graphic, users would be able to reduce the power loads and have near silent operation since they would have the ability to completely turn off the discrete GPU. Pretty good overall

I used this to build a new system a while back. I've had the motherboard for a year and have had no problems. I used the onboard graphix with HDMI but recently tried to play Tombraider Underworld and the onboard couldn't hanldle it. Had to buy an aftermarket Radeon HD 4650 which really does the trick. If you're going to game with this PC don't bother with the onboard graphix. Otherwise, very good board for the money.

awesome board

This board works great i run 4 sticks of 1066 ram with no issues, that other guy is probably not using a 64 bit OS nor his friend, a 32 bit os will only support 3 gigs of ram regardless of how many your using. In total im running 8 gigs of ram! works great would buy again if not for the i7 stuff coming out!

Awsome Board

I bought this board and havent looked at another since. It does support 8 gig 4 sticks so go learn how to setup a computer if you say it dont. The profurmance is great not one error yet since installed it. I have already recomended it to others since it outruns the 750i boards which alienware uses so all over 5 star no questions about it
