I have purchased two of these, one for myself and one for my wife (Linux/Windows setup). After trying a D-Link product for the same application and sending it back, I am happy with these IOGear switches. |

My 2 port kvm switch arrived in just a couple of days and I had it all installed and working in an hour. The scroll lock button switches it and sometimes I have to do the double hit over but that could be my keyboard. this is really great before I was running my xp pc through the video card of my vista machine via s-video cable. what a crappy picture that was . now i have a 20 inch wide screen lcd for both pc's thanks Tiger direct. I have only had one thing from tiger that died on me and it was an inexpensive HD rgb cable not worth sending back. I wish the kvm had audio support but the ones that had audio had bad reviews and the kvm was most important. |

I've had one of these KVM switches for a couple of years and have had no problems, only praise. Now I am purchasing another. Top quality and compact size are appreciated. Great Product! |

The hardest thing was getting it out of the box. Up and running in about 10 minutes. Better than I expected. Works just as they said it would. Thanks. |

Sadly, this is one of the worst devices I've ever purchased from TigerDirect. At some points, the Shift keys on my keyboard will simply stop working when I'm switched to my laptop. I did use a PS/2 to USB adapter, but this should not cause such a severe problem. Other times, random keys will become disabled. Not the product I was hoping for. |

Works well for to desktops, however in order to hookup to your laptop without PS2 ports you need a separate USB adapter for each plug. I tried using two different PS2 mouse and keyboard to USB Y-adapters, and neither one would work. The other alternative is using a docking station, which I want to avoid if I can. |

I have used this about a month and have not experienced any of the problems mentioned in other reviews. Works like a champ, with Compaq & Dell machines and with a PS/2 to USB converter also purchased at TigerDirect. Only downer is not sharing printer, but knew that when I bought it. Great value! |
