Great va;ue for the small price paid
Bought this for grandson and it is perfect for him. Low end beginners laptop perfect for a 9 year old who is above average in computer savey. I had ordered the same unit from the Dell refurb site but they did not follow through on the order and some dude from India or some other 3rd world country called and gave me a hard time about the order so I canceled it, still had to send it back when it arrived 2 weeks later. This company is fast accurate and friendly to do business with, I have bought a ton of items from this company and never been unhappy with the experience, not saying everything has been perfect but they go out of their way to make things right.
