Arrived DOA
The card was priced open box. I thought I would give it a try. It came with no install CD or drivers. I tried downloading the drivers, but that didn't matter because it was really DOA. I never, ever do well with anything purchased anywhere, from an open box. I decided I wanted to exchange it for a brand new one, paying the extra price. They would not let me do that. The repair center would only replace what I have. This was a Christmas present, so time has taken its toll. I threw it away, and bought a new one from another source at an even better price. Other than on line auctions, this is the first time I have been burned. I won't do it again, and it will be a while before I get the taste out of my mouth. They eventually offered a refund, but I have already moved on.
