great deal much better than the hp
I received the laptop with a totally discharged battery. Which I corrected with out a problem. The unit did have a crack in the area of the power switch, this did not impair its function.

Macbook is great, both cosmetic and funtions
I bought one of these Macbooks and it came in great condition. Not 1 cosmetic gltich, no scratches, no cracks, not a single glitch. Everything came as advertised. Great deal.

OK Off-Lease Macbook
Product performs well but a multitude of scratches, dents, and cracked plastic--more than I expected. You get what you pay for. Unless you can be happy with these cosmetic issues, do not buy a white plastic Macbook, instead buy an aluminum Macbook Pro.

great purchase
Bought this computer for my 16 year old son for Christmas. was extremely happy with it. There was one small crack at one of the ports but doesn't seem to be a problem. Prompt service and fast shipping.

Top notch computer
I bought this laptop at the end of the year and got it pretty fast and I will say that it operates like it is new. Mine is a late '09 model and it can be upgraded to Mountain Lion. It only came with the power supply and no disks. It works very fast and is worth every penny.
