Software Does not work with Windows 8
I purchased this product over others due to the fact that it had cloning software included with it ($30 value). I was unaware that it was a 2012 version of the software and did not work with my hard drive with Windows 8 and a few bad sectors. Upon further investigation of the software, I found that the next version, the 2013 version does. Not sure why, but it didn't work. Solution: Transferred files to external hard drive, and then installed ubuntu to a flash drive, switched hard drives, boot from flash drive, and installed from flash drive to hard drive.

Fantastic SSD
VERY fast and for the entire package you won't find a better deal. This is a very high quality drive comparable to a lot of other top-end product manufacturers. Definitely a Kingston fan after this purchase.

worked great out of the box
easy to install...just like adding a second hard drive. Easy to setup...just boot from the CD and follow the steps to copy the existing hard drive image. Boot time went from 3 minutes to 30 seconds. You even get an adorable little screw driver.
