Chalk it up as a learning experience

This PS came bundled as part of a kit. As others have already noted, the cables are too short to reach the MOB in the case that came bundled so I had to splice them so that they would reach. After hooking up a powering it seemed to work fine. Until I noticed a high-pitched whine on the radio and then noticed that my DSL speed had dropped. Noisy PS with little or no line filtering which apparently is typical of low cost PSs. So I added an EMI filter which seems to have helped my DSL speed. Would not recommend this product. You get what you pay for.

Cables too short for some tower (mid tower)

Came as part of a bare bones kit. The Thermaltake V-9 mid tower case has a bottom mount PS bay and mothers board is at the top. This power supply has short leads so if you want to use it in a big case. Not enough cables for what I needed, required some spliters. Good PS for the money. No problems with it, just cable lenght. Wonder why they put that in that bare bones kit!

DOA and cable too short

The cable was too short for the barebones kit it came with. Also the power supply was dead when I tested it.
