Less than promised and expected
Simple to install out of the box. One is connected via Ethernet cable directly to an Actiontec router. When the second adapter was paired with the first using a nearby power plug, pairing was easy, and the data rate light was green (greater than 80 Mbps data rate). When moved to desired location (from upstairs to downstairs), the date rate light was red, meaning less than 48 Mbps. Physical distance is less than 60 feet; power wiring distance unknown.
