Quick and easy
I only had four ports on my wireless router and wanted to add an IP camera. I took this switch out of the box, plugged in a couple cables, and it worked great, no hassle. The LEDs show traffic and the metal case is nice too.

Just works.
I have used several of these for adding on desktops, NAS devices, and even a network Blu-ray player onto existing networks and I am still amazed at how well they work. I even use one in my shop for when I need to cram a few laptops onto one bench and have them all connected to the internet. Just plug and play. They are made of metal and have a real professional ''solid'' feel to them.

Rugged and Effective
I have used this for the past several years and it does it's job effectively. From using it for multimedia (PS3, Wii and Uverse TV box) and later on repairing multiple customer computers, it's always never failed. The metal housing and quality connections makes it very durable; proven after many falls, plugs and unplugs, and just long time use.
