To reduce vibrations, this case fan has Tool-less Fixed Pins and Anti-vibration Pad that efficiently absorbs vibration. The 4-Pin connector allows the mainboard to control the fan speed from 800-1500RPM. Absolutely quiet and powerful
I have 2 mounted externally blowing into a tight mid-tower extreme build - they are absolutely quiet. Bought 2 more 140mm fans to replace the ones on a Corsair H100; the whole cooler is also mounted externally (due to size and cooling needs)... also very quiet and pushing lots of air!

I like it.
It's quiet, but not so quiet that you question whether it is working. Performance seems to be good and helps keep the temperatures in my case under control. I am using this one as the pull fan after my CPU water cooler radiator. Didn't see much of a change overall in CPU (or case) temperatures but it's definitely keeping it from spiking like it had before under extreme loads.
