The Sony RMN-U1 HomeShare Universal Remote provides simple activity-based control of home theater products and the ability to send music through your home network to HomeShare speakers in any room. With the Sony RMN-U1 HomeShare Universal Remote, you can navigate your music with jacket art and send songs to specific HomeShare speakers in any room. The Sony RMN-U1 HomeShare Universal Remote has a simple guided set-up that makes activity creation and independent and grouped control of HomeShare speakers easy with no PC programming required.

• Wirelessly control HomeShare speakers, browse and play music
  Wirelessly listen to music throughout your home. Using your Wi-Fi network, wirelessly control music track volume and music location on your HomeShare speakers.
• Party Streaming
  Sync with other Sony HomeShare speakers and HomeShare compatible Sony Blu-ray Disc home theater systems and players to enjoy music throughout the house using your existing home network. Music from the Blu-ray Disc system can play on the HomeShare speakers, creating the perfect environment for enjoying music throughout your home.
• Activity based universal remote
  Create activities like “watch movies,” to easily turn on and switch the inputs of the necessary home theater products. On-remote guided simple set-up, for product grouping and commands making creation and operation of desired activity easy. Plus, a computer is not required for programming activities.
• Add devices
  Adding a device to control is simple with the on-remote guided set-up. Simply choose device type, manufacturer and group to associate.
• Works with DLNA enabled computers and electronics
  Automatically detect compatible DLNA enabled devices on your home network. Compatible devices with DLNA will automatically appear in the device menu for quick operation. Send music, videos and photos to these devices with the remote.
• Control music throughout the home
  No room should be without music. Purchase additional Sony HomeShare products to expand your music enjoyment into every room of the home. Each room can be independently controlled with the remote or synchronized for whole-home music enjoyment.
• Learning remote commands
  If remote commands for selected products are not available, the remote can be taught those commands following guided instructions. Simply choose, learn commands and follow instructions. Add additional control to devices or teach the remote commands from remotes that are not found in the data base.
• Wi-Fi w/WPS
  Connect to WPS compatible Wi-Fi routers with a simple press of a button. No passwords or lengthy numbers to remember
