D-Link DAP1522 Xtreme N Duo Wireless Bridge/Access Point
The D-Link® Xtreme N™ Duo Wireless Bridge/Access Point is designed for users looking to create a wireless network or to connect multiple wired devices to an existing wireless network. Xtreme N Duo is the latest addition to the award-winning Xtreme N product family. Duo means the DAP-1522 works selectively with next generation dual band (2.4GHz or 5GHz) 802.11n wireless devices as well as legacy 802.11g products.
Connect Multiple Devices
The Wireless Bridge feature of the DAP-1522 allows you to easily connect up to 4 Ethernet-enabled devices in your entertainment center to your wireless network. Connect devices such as Game Consoles, Digital Video Recorders (DVR), and Digital Media Adapters (DMA) to the built-in 4-Port Gigabit Switch.
Create A Wireless Network
Create a new wireless network using the Access Point feature by connecting the DAP-1522 to an existing wired network. Use your new wireless network to stream high-definition (HD) video, play multiplayer games, or make phone calls (VoIP) using the built-in dual band technology.
5Ghz Technology
The DAP-1522 has selectable 2.4GHz or 5GHz bands. 5GHz is ideal for wirelessly streaming multiple HD videos across your network. It helps avoid interference by providing a clearer wireless band for HD signals than existing 2.4GHz products.

Great Product, easy to configure
I have always been a fan of D-Link products and this DAP1522 is proof of D-link's ease of use and configuration. I have 2 DAP1522 running. One as a access point and the other as a bridge and setting them up was a breeze. I love the fact that you can program each of the ethernet port individually for QOS for gaming or video. I use it for running my video application and it runs smooth. Definitely you get your moneys worth. I totally recommend the DAP1522 for all your wireless configurations.
