Evolution sometimes moves backwards
Im a network engineer and always programming new and old school switches, firewall devices, and routers that require a DB9 serial port. Unfortunatley if youre like me and keep upgrading your machines to the latest socket of the week, you have no more onboard DB9. This little pigtail serial converter worked like a charm out of the box. It loaded standard prolific drivers and fired up a comm port in a few seconds. Great product at a fair price! Thanks!

Nice Converter
I commonly work with enterprise networking equipment that requires you to connect with a rollover cable from a serial port, and this little adapter is a lifesaver. I had trouble using the older adapters with windows 7, but this worked flawlessly. Just install the drivers from the supplied CD and you're ready to go.

Worked with Windows 7 x64
I had trouble with another product working on Windows 7 64-bit, even after loading the latest drivers. This one works fine.

Simple and great
This product is such a simple item and at the same time in the world of serial ports no more it is the perfect product to crossover to USB.
