This product nver shuts up
This product tells you every exit you pass on the freeway 3 times to let you know not to take that exit. It tells you more about where you are not going then where you are going.

need to activate the map live service!
Bought this one as a Garmin replacement, it works well enough but, I should not have to call anyone! It should work as described right out of the box.

refurbished junk
Bought 2 of these last November for christmas gifts, after christmas 1 worked, the other would not connect to satillites. These items were past the 30 day warrenty, and would have cost more than double to repair. I will never buy a refurbished product again!

Not happy
I have bought 3 of these units after having several tom tom units in the past and this does not live up to my expectations. 2 of the 3 lose GPS signal at random times and 2 of 3 needed to have the LIVE feature activated after it was advertised that there was a 1 year free trial that did not work. The live feature is useless compared to the tom tom XXL model i currently use.
