The DSN-656 with 2x10GbE + 2xGbE host network ports is an active secondary iSCSI controller for use in the DSN-6510 primary array, allowing High Availability (HA) capability and providing additional performance. D-Link's DSN-6000 Series iSCSI SAN array is a data center-class network storage solution, ideal for small to medium enterprises. With the addition of a secondary controller, the DSN-6000 Series offers the redundancy and performance required for primary server applications including virtual machines, e-mail and database hosting. All DSN-6000 storage solutions are supplied complete with snapshot, volume cloning and remote replication capabilities, without the need for costly software licenses.
