If you're a bit of a PC geek you will love this!
Being an HP product meant that upgrading the HD to an SSD was a snap. A clean WIN 8 install and you have a competent touchscreen PC for about one third of what you'll pay for new retail. It won't have the 10 point haptic touchpoints but it will pinch and squeeze with the best of them!

Satisfied overall but poor customer service
I ordered 6 units and when I unpacked them I found that 2 of the six were shipped with the wrong power adaptor. I call the refurbishing company. That was a month ago and I am still waiting for a return phone call. In the meantime I could not wait so I ordered the parts direct from HP at a cost of over $50 each.
