look out you can lose your info
i needed this to put my 3 gig hard drive into as the case i had was malfuntioning,,the guy i spoke to said this is the one you want,,so i got it hooked it up as directed but the dang thing told me that i had to format the hard drive,,lucky for me im not stupid,,or i would have lost over three years worth of videos family friends movies and music,, i would have killed,,well with some jury rigging we used the old wires with this case and its working without formating but the case has to remain open on the end to accomodate the jury rigging we had to do,,all im saying is look out and dont be suckered into reformatting,,if it works for you GREAT!! im just saying my experience was not good,,

No Problems
I purchased this to be able to retrieve pictures off a drive from an old pc that no longer worked. It was very easy to install the drive and it works great. I'm glad I finally bought one of these so now I can recyle that old pc and keep my data!

Great product!
This is rated up to 1.5TB and thru Windows Vista. I'm running it with a 2TB drive on a Windows 7 computer, NO problems! Went together in 5 minutes and worked right away. Do these people know how to design or what?
