Fantastic. Im very happy i ordered this when I did. I think I may have gotten one of the last ones. This computer runs like NEW. It really does. Besides the little dent on the back and a few scufs on the side of the tower, It is perfect. Im so happy with it. Even with the Basic Hardware. I bought a wireless card and plan on buying more ram and a high end graphics card on Black Friday. What a perfect time to buy this computer. |

This is my 1st computer purchase from Tiger. Always had my computers built for me by my nephew-super smart! Great Job Tiger and Great Price! Had to contact HP - DVD didn't work. Turned out to be an unplugged connection in the tower. Updates, downloads, and recovery disc copies went super slick and fast. Need more time to explore TV set up, Camera set up, Printer setup, and iPod install. Also need to upgrade my old monitor from CRT to LCD. But so far, very good! Vista does take a while getting used to. I doubt this computer is still available for purchase, if it is - BUY IT! You will not be disappointed! |

I BUILD COMPUTERS ALL THE TIME AND I BOUGHT THIS HP AND SAVED ALOT OF MONEY ALL I CAN SAY IS HURRY AND ORDER THIS BEFORE IT SELLS OUT IT IS LOADED WITH ALL THE BELLS AND WHISTLES AND FOR THE PRICE YOU CANT BEAT IT HURRY AND BUT YOU WONT BE DISSAPOINTED! |

This is the way Vista should be used. I previously owned a laptop with Vista Basic and it simply does not compare to a well stocked desktop running Vista Premium. This Desktop is a multi-tasking multimedia beast. While I don't play many computer games I do like to watch movies (preferably in HD), listen to music and also transcode video files to play on my PVP. I can do all these things at the same time. Though you will have to download most of the ''better'' programs yourself and you will need to make a lot of updates b/c it comes it does not ship with SP1. While it does not have blu-ray player, the DVD drive is excellent and the HD video you can download or stream works flawlessly. Media Center is a very useful, but highly proprietary tool. It is nice to watch live tv and surf the internet. This PC comes with nothing but the highest recommendation b/c it has everything you need to properly enjoy multimedia computing. |

This is a great system well worth the money.
I just couldnt deal with vista. so i backed up to XP if you find that you need to downgrade you can go to the HP website, use the Support & Troubleshooting link, search ''vista to XP'' they have a video tutorial. and also links to the hardware drivers needed for XP. |

I have this pc and i love but I got it form hp website in 07 I pay 899.99 it had the vidcard two tv card 2gb ddr-2 and 400gb hd with amd 64x2 5200 so this is a way beter bay now and you get grat pc too i would like to have this one aswell it a still for the price |

I ordered the HP on a Wed. night and was asked to call on Thursday to confirm over the phone. I called on Thursday at 3 PM and the computer was on my back porch on Friday afternoon around 6 PM. Fantastic service!! As for the computer, I hooked it up yesterday (Sunday) and it fired up with no problems. Vista is going to take a little getting used to after having XP for so long, but I like what I see so far (it asks you a lot of questions when you download a program and kind of double checks with you before you actually perform the function.} The unit is super quiet and fast!! I have just scratched the surface on all of the features included with this computer. I immediately went to Microsoft for updates, and there were 44 of them that downloaded (mostly for Vista because the computer comes with Vista and not Vista with SP1). The download and updates took around 20 minutes VS the 45-60 it would have taken with my old computer. This is an excellent buy. Go for it!! |

I used to work at Intel, so I had a hard time moving to an AMD core system, but with a 3GHz dual core, with 3 Gig of RAM, a LightScribe DVD burner, HUGE hard drive and digital TV tuner, for about $560, how can you resist!? I logged on at 2 in the morning to get this. Delivered in 2 days, paid tax since live in Illinois, but worked right out of the box, looks brand new. Not a single issue. Like most humans, find that Vista has more flash than bang and more popups, as a prior reviewer wrote, than a gambling site! This machine is powerful, fast, awesome! Yes, I would like an S-video OUT, but I will not complain, this is way cool. If I thought I could safely get away with it, I might roll back to XP, but if it ain't broke I am not gonna fiddle with it. I got a great deal thanks to TigerDirect!!! |

This product is the high quality I expect from HP. The machine looks brand new. No problems to report after having it for a week now. The processor/mainboard/ram/tv tuner/media center work flawlessly. It's fast and reliable at a price that can't be beat. Thank you HP and TigerDirect for maximum perfomance at a minimum price! Worth it. |

I order this desktop because my Compaq Presario 5000T that I got back in around 2001-2002 finally played out. I already had a HP Pavillion tx1410 Tablet Notebook, but I still needed a desktop. This computer fulfilled my needs perfectly. It came in the mail quickly, hooked it up with no problems. I really didn't need the extra features like the Media Center, but I was glad to have it. Only thing is, I have Dish Network and I still haven't figured out how to connect my computer to the satellite receiver and record tv. I've already successfully connect my computer to my tv and use it as a monitor, just no tv on my computer. I needed a new video card for that but its no problem, just the video card is kinda loud. Tiger Direct has plenty of video cards for this matter. All and all, I would recommend this computer to anyone and everyone. A lot of bang for a little buck. ;-) |
