Onkyo HT-S3400 Home Theater System
Taking the hassle out of home theater, Onkyo presents the Onkyo HT-S3400 Home Theater System: a full-featured A/V receiver coupled with a quality six-piece speaker set. To handle the latest Blu-ray, gaming, and cable/satellite devices, the receiver sports four new HDMI® inputs. HDMI opens the way to lossless, high-definition audio from Dolby and DTS, as well as immersive new 3D video content. The Onkyo HT-S3400 Home Theater System also supports a convenient Audio Return Channel from a compatible HDTV back to the receiver. Handy analog audio and video inputs on the receiver’s front panel make it easy to hook up your video camera or game console. And rounding out the connection highlights is a Universal Port that lets you connect peripherals such as an optional dock for your iPod®/iPhone®. Audyssey equalization filters work to optimize your audio experience, while an overlaid on-screen display allows seamless adjustment of the system’s settings during a session. A superbly balanced 5.1-channel speaker set completes the Onkyo HT-S3400 Home Theater System.

Great System Awesome Performance
After checking out a friends 1000W Onkyo System, I knew that this 660W would be plenty. This system has GREAT sound quality! The unit JAMS! Neighbors aren't going to like my new Christmas gift. I highly recommend Onkyo as a home stereo system. You will not be dissapointed!!

Great system for the cost.
I got this system on a black friday special for about $250. I have to say, I am impressed. It works really great. Seems to have great surround sound, and the sub-woofer shakes my house. Since it controls the HDMI inputs, it makes it easier for me to use my various systems in one shot. My only disappointment is that after all these years, receivers are still giant boxes. ;-)

Great system for the price
Picked this system up for my parents Christmas present. Overall it is a great system for a small to medium room. It is easy to setup and easy enough for them to use. Would have liked a powered sub, but this one puts out a decent bit of bass. Receiver is also nice. Note it is a step down from stand alone receiver models. It is not as good as my NR609, but it has all the feel of an Onkyo system. Also of note is that the Audessey settings are manual input. Wouldn't recommend this for a large room or an audiophile, but it's perfect for a budget conscious shopper.

Great Product !!! Awesome Sound
Great product for the value, the sound is clear very strong reciever. Only flaw i see is the bass should be a little bigger or heavier, if it would be powered that will be great. And the Ipod dock station should be included with this model.

Great Product!
Good receiver and speakers. Could be a little louder through the RCA jack but good enough for the price. HDMI output will probably be louder but haven't tried it yet. Good looking system and happy with it!
