Avoid this product!
I made the mistake of buying this piece of junk before researching it online (since I've usually had luck with Toshiba). Turns out that quite a few of the blu-ray players are horribly defective: spontaneous shutdowns during playback, frozen screens, non-existent support. Buy something, ANYTHING, else! BTW- it's shipped in a box without proper cushioning...just a piece of brown paper wrapped around it! Unbelievable!
