Excellent Value
I purchased this item a few days ago and it's an excellent value. Windows 7 users may encounter some hassle with the software that was included as it is not supported. I ended up getting a Vista version disc. My research into this company took me into a photography enthusiast website. I was impressed by the story of one person's experience with a fault Plustek scanner, and happened to live nearyby, so they immediately gave him another scanner, no hassles involved. I called them directly because of the software troubles I was having and can tell you that the service was excellent! Not only did the guy speak US english, he was extemely knowledgeable and helpful. The quality of the product is 4 out of 5. The document pad has already started sagging in the middle. However, scans are very quick and the scan resolution is top notch. It is challenging to find a good large format scanner in this price range, your search has ended!
