I've never had a bit of probles out of mine! Micro SD's are dirt cheap, and the player does what I ask it to, day in and day out. |

I ordered this for my daughter's birthday. It DID arrive quickly, looks sturdy,and it plays quality sound music for the MP3 part,BUT you must turn the screen sideways to see the display/videos/etc.
HOWEVER, it was missing the software for the MP4 part. I called (the site), they sent me to Centon, and Centon promised to send me a link to download through my e-mail. I have been waiting for that email for 5 days now. In addition the earbuds are are hard and very uncomfortable. |

ok so at first it wus the gr8tist thing it suported jpeg and played mp3s even had a tetris game then a bit later (about 1/2 weeks l8er) i found out i lost sum screws but ow well im still able to run it. and then i had no back and sum how i cracked the screen but o well i got my moneys worth out of it |

Good product for the price. No manual is shipped with the contents but one can be found online. You'll need it otherwise plan on spending some time figuring it out. Good sound quality.
CONS: touch buttons are very sensitive and have a tendency to be bumped causing songs to be changed, fast-forwarded, or rewound. |

Well everything is wonderful with this mp4 player but i cannot get mp4 or avi files to work on it. Can anyone tell me what format to use or how to get the video formats to work? |

Had problems receiving the item, first time I received everything but the centon player and charger. Contacted the storethey said it would take three business days to check for missing items. Due to July 4th holiday it took longer but received email stating item shipped and give tracking number. UPS couldn't find any record of the item. Second call to found item still at shipping, it hadn't been picked up by UPS. Received item USPS 07/11/08 was originaly ordered on o6/23/08. PLEASE NOTE: I still recommend t 100%. This Just shows that even the best have bad days. Thanks for your support. The item was as shown. Also as described in another review not the easiest to use. Centon online support has been great. |

This mp4 player was hard to figure out when I first got it, but after a while I learned how to work it. I'd say it is a very good value for the price. |

Nice MP4 Player for the money. One note this device does NOT use mini SD cards! It uses Micro SD cards instead. If you decide to get one and buff it up with a SD card be sure to get the micro and not the mini for this player. |

I recently bought this mp3 player because of all the things it could and the price was so resonable. It has turned out to be a great decision, because the player works great, it sounds great and the screen is flawless.
I highly recommend it. |

I love my new Centon Player! I have never heard of them before in the consumer electronics market, but I know they make great DRAM! Anyway, I called their Tech Support Department and they were very hepful to a novice like myself. AND I have a mini SD Card to increase my capacity to 4GB. 4GBMP4 from Centon 59.99, 4GB Nano iPod 149.99? NO BRAINER! |
