Excellent for its price
No it's the best, but it does a very good job as for active noise reduction (especially for regular and repetitive noice such engine hum...) And on top of it it cost only the third of the well known company starting with a B.... This product is a great one and have a fair price...

Not BOSE but worth the price
Was at BOSE store listening to noise cancellation head sets for a long trip but just couldn't afford the BOSE headsets. Found these by accident and love them. Would buy again. Comfortable, clear crisp sound, not perfect at really low levels but love them for everything else which is 99.99% of time. Thanks again.

Excellent Headphones and Great Value!
The ableplanet NC500SC i found has the Best sound Quality,great on all the frequency range,specially Awsome Bass! nice! and Tight!with out the distortions that i noted with the bose headphone i use to have. PRO:Awsome Sound Quality! CON:ableplanet NC500SC headphones need MORE Comforts on around the ear Pads.

Save up for a set of Bose!
Sorry I have to be honest. I myself sell Dr. Dre hedsets and even the Dr.Dre's have better sound. Save up for a set of Bose insted of this poor so called earphones. Come on noise canceling what a joke! I can hear everthing in the room with it turned on.

Great quality for a very reasonable price
They were purchased for a College Dorm room. They worked well to cancel other roomates noises while student tries to study. Would recommend them to anyone in a noisy environment. Would recommend that instructions from manufacturer are shipped with product on how to insert batteries as answer needed to be found on the internet.
