Good value, some annoyances
Good phone for the money spent; however, battery needs a replacement - looks like the battery was in storage for 3 years, and its not even holding a charge overnight, needs recharging every 12 hours - (I am not a heavy cell user). Otherwise, it does the work - I love the actual QWERTY keyboard

Would be great if it worked correctly
Bought this for my son as a back-up phone and he likes it, except, and this is a big except, it constantly turns off and on. Drives him crazy! In the middle of calls, texting, whenever. Not sure why it does this. It is running on T-Mobile. If it didn't do this, it would be a great phone.

purchased as upgrade
Very nice phone, came with wrong manual, had to go to web to find product manual, difficult at first to set up, but am getting used to it as I use it. Pluses:large keys, very responsive touch screen, easy access to settings,fun to use. Concerns: not always easy to answer incoming calls, not an ATT subscriber so all ATT services are useless, but I bought it knowing this
