Typical Gigabyte high quality
Except that this Intel Chipset doesn't have enough sata6 ports, there can be be no complaints. Gigabyte boards just work well with great stability.

Best MOBO ever!
I used this for my new Core i7 3770k build and couldn't be happier! The Bios is extremely easy to use for overclocking. I was able to simply increase my multiplier for an immediate overclock to 4.5GHz. I paired with Corsair Vengance 1600MHz memory. My only complaint is that the MOBO only includes 2 USB2.0 headers. It would be nice to have a couple more for legacy USB support. Be aware that Gigabyte's EasyTune6 software (downloadable from Gigabyte) does NOT work very well. It's much better to carefully tune your overclock in the bios. The package includes 6SATA cables, a 2-way SLI bridge cable, a separate PCIe Bluetooth and WIFI card with external antennas. Overall this is an amazing MOBO. Be sure to download the newest drivers from Gigabyte!
