Best Product Ever!
Very good and fast service.Had a few questions and they were very polite and cared about me. The computer we ordered was in perfect condition and well packaged for shipment. An absolute disaster
I have had four examples of this machine, and each one never worked properly. The service company is unreachable, and when they finally phoned me they promised to phone me back but they never did. The date has passed for a refund so I now have a dinosaur sitting on my desk.

Great Machine
I bought this computer two months ago for $15 more than the current price after returning my new Windows 8 HP PC. I was up and running within 15 minutes, whereas I couldn't do squat with the Windows 8 machine after two days. Even my printer wouldn't work with Windows 8 and its Sesame Street Charms screen. This machine is fast and loaded with HD space. I have no complaints at all, except that the power button is blocked by the keyboard.

Dosen't Work
Computer keeps freezing up. Drivers not working. Re-booted with Windows 7 CD that came with computer, no help. Can't even play solitare on it, or get on Internet with out it stoping and having to reboot.

Great desktop!
Bought this for my mother (in her 60s). She was able to install it herself and is thrilled with its performance. Definitely a great buy!
