An excellent Motherboard, I have had no trouble running this with a Phenom x4 9950. I would stay way from vista 64, but the Board is one of the best i have used in a while.

I have Phenom x4 9850 with 8 gigs of corsair 800's, and Readon 4850 512 with Vista and I've had it for almost two months and had no problems...So far its holding up...

Motherboard works fine, However; If you run a 64 bit OS which everyone is switching too and want to update the Bios. Good luck. MSI offers a live update that only functions with 32bit OS. They have support but, They make you use a nero burning application that conflicts with Vista. So yeah you can get it but pray no new processors come out. I sent it to geek squad and even they are frustrated with the Bios flash. You can use the A: drive but there readme warns against loading directly from the disk and with Sata you can't find the C: drive to which you loaded the Bios file. I loaded to disk and it froze and has to send it to msi who rejected the board because of a few scratches then refused to fix it. Now I have a new board hoping they would come around to 64bit but that was a 10 months ago.

I have had this mobo for about 6 months and have had no problems my setup is this mobo of course the amd phenom x4 2.2Ghz. ati radeon hd 3870 2gigs dual channell 800Mhz ram but any way i was reading some of the reveiws on her and one guy said he had 1066Mhz ram and a dual core procssor and it doesnt work but the mobo says that in order to use the 1066 you you hafta have the AM2+ proscessor wich i think is just the phenom

Won't make this a long and drawn out. read the reviews and see for yourself that buying this board is like playing the lottery. Some will get lucky but most get crap. I sent the board back once and they sent me a physically damaged one back (very obvious damage so much for QA) which by the way I had to pay for a new one for them to send me one first. They sent me another one and it doesn't work either. No more MSI for me buyer beware. And yes their support doesn't have a clue either.
