I failed to do my homework and I purchase the Elegance based on its size and looks and for that reason I got burned. No matter what, you will not be able to see the display outside and there is NO reception inside a building, either way, you're screwed. The phone will only standby for about 3 days. There are NO upgrades to the software or rom. You are limited to only a 1gb mini sd. I could not and will not recommend this phone.
