Brother said it's what he needed
I got this for my brother who lives 3000 miles away. Step below my Intel I5 in processor speed but everything else is equal. Took a while to find him something within his budget.

My wife loves it
I bought this for my wife as her old laptop just wasn't keep up anymore. She loves this one. It is really fast and she is just amazed at the performance. I recommend this laptop.

Great buy!
Bought this to replace my daughters Dell laptop for college, which she cracked. :( That Dell from about 3 years ago cost over 1,200.00, and this Samsung Notebook performs even better. This notebook has everything on it her Dell did, and I was able to get her back in business in no time, thanks to this company's quick shipping & delivery. Very happy with my purchase.

Great Buy!!!!
I bought this computer to replace my 2009 Macbook, and I must say that it's the best purchase I've made for a long time. I'm a big gamer, and I am very impressed with the performance. It plays diablo 3 quite well, even though I still have only 4GB of RAM. I look forward to playing all the latest games on it as well.

Samsung Customer Service is Horrible
I had a defective keyboard on my unit and followed the policy on sending it back to the Mfg first. What an absolute nightmare!! No repair, no returned calls, no accomodations for the countless hours I spent on hold. AND they were going to refurb my laptop without even contacting me. I loaded a number of product keys including Microsoft Office Pro 2010. Almost a month later, I still to NOT have a laptop. Sincerely UNHAPPY with this product. Now I have to start over with... I hope they can do the right thing for me.
