Good PC with Windows 7 limitations
First time ASUS user and so far, quite pleased. PC is quiet and smooth running. OEM keyboard has shorter cord and is smaller - like laptop based - so using my old Dell keyboard. Also using a Logitech wireless mouse. Windows 7 makes built-in MIDI next to impossible to work with, so downloading and getting familiar with VST and Synthfont.

Great machine
Works great, fast. Not full of software you won't use. Only thing missing is a video card but the intel graphics is good enough to watch movies and for smaller video games. I give this machine thumbs up !

Big WOW for the price
I'm not a gamer and use the PC for general home use. For me, this thing is FAST. Quiet and a great price. Setup was a no brainer. Had to buy a new external DVD drive, scanner, and printer because my old stuff was not WIN7 compatible, but that's a Microsoft issue, not an ASUS issue. I am very happy with this PC.

Good machine but lacks a bit for price range
This is a good machine with an i7 core processor, but in the same price range you can find machines that will allow expandable memory to 16GB (this one comes with its max memory of 8GB) and I've seen similar priced machines that had built in wifi dual N band. It had a pci slot available so adding a wifi card was no problem. The lower memory sort of reduces some of the power of the i7 processor.

What a steal
I have had this computer for a little over 1 month now and I could not be happier. It is the fastest computer I have ever used. I am on a computer non-stop because of work and this thing handles anything i throw at it. I even do a little gaming, minimal as it may be, but my comp handles it nicely. I will be adding a dedicated video card down the road, but for now, I am very happy. I gave the comp 5 stars across except for features as a dedicated graphics card is the only thing I think it is missing. Still crazy fast and so far very reliable. I have already recommended this comp and I'm sure I will be again in the future.
